Phoenix are proud to have played an integral part in facilitating new and innovative rooms for a generation of undergraduates studying in the UK capital.

The 19-storey state-of-the-art expansion on Westminster Bridge road delivers 1,093 student bedrooms, a 65,000 sq. ft. college and 4,000 sq. ft. of flexible space; all of which are serviced by our full-structured cabling system.

We were responsible for installing an IP and CCTV system that runs from top to bottom of the premium multi-use development.

Our digital TV distribution system provides outlets in every single bedroom and facility, including communal areas and a common room with a breathtaking view over Parliament, the River Thames and the London Eye.

Our data and Wi-Fi points provide service in circa 5,000 locations over the luxury accommodation and tower block.
